Baseline Connections CIC is a community interest company that specialises in the development and delivery of community based programmes focusing on reducing reoffending behaviour.
Working in conjunction with our delivery partners we develop and deliver a variety of evidence based programmes that ultimately reduce the risk of serious harm committed by perpetrators of Domestic Violence, Violent Offending, Sexual Violence and Anti Social Behaviour. Working in tandem with local government andstatutory agencies, our academically validated programmes have a proven track record of reducing offending rates amongst those who pose the highest risk of serious harm in our community.
'VOIP is a unique and innovative approach offering a rapid and intensive response to the riskiest sexual and violent offenders living in the community. Its key strength is its effective partnership work with relevant criminal justice and rehabilitative agencies in offering an intensive stabilisation process for chaotic offenders. Not only does VOIP reduce the risk of re-offending but also decreases the likelihood of the creation of further victims of violent and sexual offenders. In doing so it is an important and additional tool in the arsenal of public protection.'
